Happy Halloween!

We had a great Halloween! The kids were so excited. Taylor was a cheerleader (she made Mom put on her old school outfit with her, at least it still kind of fit!), Trevor was a ninja, and Baily was a bumblebee. They were so cute. It was the first year it hasn't been freezing and we really enjoyed our neighborhood's trick or trunk. I also got to help in Trevor's school for his party, we made spider crafts. It was a great Holiday and the kids are enjoying their candy!

Birthday Time

October is birthday time here. Both Taylor and Jon had great birthdays the last week. Taylor had a baby doll birthday with her friends. She got a ballet bar with a "Bella Ballerina" DVD, needless to say we have all been singing, "We love to dance, the Bella way, here on Swan Lake, Plie Plie!" I sing it in my sleep and Trevor has been singing it around the house, poor kid! Jon had a good birthday too, the kids enjoyed spending time with him and he enjoyed his german chocolate cake!

Barnyard Boo

We love going to all the fun activities they have at Thanksgiving Point here. We went to the Barnyard Boo last weekend and the kids had a blast getting their faces painted, riding a pony and in a wagon, and other fun things.

Snow in October

We were having an usually warm fall here until this weekend in October. We are back to cool evenings and warm afternoons, but the kids had a blast with the couple inches we got!

Jon's Released!

After being the Young Men's President for almost 4 years, Jon was released a couple weeks ago. He misses the boys, but the kids and I are so excited to have him around a little more I can't stop smiling! He is teaching Gospel Doctrine now. I hear he is a good teacher, as I'm in Primary and don't get to go to his class. The kids are doing great. We are having fun gearing up for Halloween. Baily is sitting pretty well now and loves to eat new things. And I'm excited the Twilight movie is coming out in 32 days!

Piece of Heaven

Baily is really my piece of heaven right now. She is our little angel and we all enjoy her so much. Maybe she's just a great baby or maybe I'm finally learning to appreciate how fast they grow up, but I just love having her here!

Fall Leaves

We usually take a drive between conference sessions to see the leaves, but we went early since a big storm was here all weekend. We saw the beautiful leaves in the canyon, then had a fire and roasted hot dogs and smores with Mandy and Ian. It was a lot of fun. I always love being in the mountains. Trevor was especially excited. He had to bring all his "gear" and was constantly trying to put something he shouldn't in the fire. We all made it home without injury and are always thankful for that!
